“We were staying at the hotel because of the death of my father. When we arrived, we were met by the manager, Andy, who was very kind and friendly at check-in and during our entire stay. The next day during breakfast, Andy gave us several bags to protect our food from the rain. Also, he kindly answered the many questions we had. All the employees were very helpful. Housekeeping was incredible as no matter how late we left the room, when we came back to the hotel it was always clean and serviced. We found the complimentary snacks in the room surprising and welcome. Everything about the room was great. It was large, well-furnished and kept up. It showed Andy took great pride in the service he offered. We were also very pleased with the way everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home during this very sad time in our lives.”
